This line of remarkable pieces is crafted from upcycled landmines and made by the artisans of the Rajana Association, a Cambodian-run social enterprise giving rural producers opportunities and training in the production and marketing of handicrafts.
Rajana works in partnership with the Halo Trust, a de-mining agency whose mission is to make the land safe once again for communities throughout Cambodia. The mines are gathered from the Cambodian countryside and then cut and shaped by Rajana's skilled metalworkers.
"When we make jewellery [like this], we know our country has peace," said one young artisan.
