This tote bag is ethically made in India using non-toxic dyes and upcycled bed linens from the hospitality industry, offering a fully circular model.

These bed linens, and a range of other retired textiles which would have otherwise ended up in the landfill, are collected from across India by our production partners and sanitized at 200 degrees celcius for hygiene reasons pre-production. Our partners are Global Recycle Standard (GRS) certified and have upcycled over 4.5 million bags to date!

Did you know that the recycling/upcycling industry also creates at least 9 times more jobs than landfills and incinerators, conserves our planet's precious resources and reduces pollution and carbon emissions produced by manufacturers - it doesn't get more sustainable than this!

*This product is hand-made using upcycled material and off-cuts from various origins. While we endeavor to ensure consistency among the products, please allow for a slight variation is size, colour and thickness of material.

• +$0.50 each for custom hang-tag with jute string (max 4 x 5cm)
• +$0.50 each for custom fabric label (max 1 x 2cm)
• +$50-100 for design fee (if required)

PACKING & HANDLING FEE

You're welcome to 'build' your own gift pack from our range of unique and conscious gifts, and we'll provide the labour to pack all items into your choice of packaging at a nominal fee of $1.50 per pack.
